| "Mucho frio. Es lo que mas recuerdo de este oleo. Realicé un pequeño estudio para este cuadro aprovechando un viaje en todoterreno por el norte de las Highlands. Cuando vi esas gramíneas “ardiendo” por el sol del ocaso salte del coche queriendo pintarlas. Pero los 15º bajo cero no me dejaron hacer mas que un pequeño lienzo que sirvio de estudio para pintar el definitivo en casa. Puedes estar abrigado hasta arriba, pero las manos se congelan cuando estas parado, y no hay guante que lo evite. Aunque no se divisaba ni un sólo arbol en kilometros, espléndidos ciervos corrian por manadas en estos páramos helados." |
